Description

INCI Name:	Hydroxyethyl Cellulose
Properties:	Off white fine powder; odourless.
	pH : 6.0 – 8.5 %. Viscosity (1% soluble, 25°C : 2500 – 3500 cps.
Use:	Can be used to retain water and control the flow and thickness.
	Soluble in hot and cold water. Add directly into aqueous phase.
	Recommended: 0.1 – 1 %. Strictly for external application only.
Storage	Keep in the original packaging and tightly closed under the recommended storage conditions.
Shelf Life:	2 years from manufacturing date. Expiration date is printed on the packaging.
