	Tetrasodium Pyrophosphate, Sodium Benzoate.
Properties:	Off white to light beige fine powder;
	Particle size 98% less than 100 µm
Use:	Add 1 part of water to 1 part of powder. Mix till homogeneous.
	Gel setting time 4 to 6 minutes.
